Hello and welcome to our new wedding video blog!

You&Me.ie was born out of the passion of Barry, Blat and Ladia for films with the intention to become one of the leading wedding videography companies in Ireland... and beyond.

We have been working in the arts industry for as many years as we care to remember. After looking at some of the amazing work from both Irish and non Irish artists around the globe, we decided to start our own wedding videography venture.
 
After working for years on corporate promo, and other projects, it was time to set up a dedicated business. And what a better way for doing this by creating wedding videos? After all, what is a film without the romance?
 
There are a lot of talent out there producing marvelous pieces of art in the form of wedding videos. I can't imagine a better place than Ireland for the perfect scenery. Therefore the fact that we have the scenery doesn't mean that we had the weather too! After all, even in the worst weather conditions, Ireland has always something magical to offer.  In fact this can attract the attention and blend perfectly to your wedding video.
 
Our passion is making wedding films and videos that tell your story using the dialogue recorded during your wedding day and  the footage and clips from your preparations, ceremony, photo shoot,  and reception to relate this story. Motion picture photography (cinematography) has the advantage over photography in that our cameras are always running when getting those shots to tell your story. We are able to show you in your best light. There will always be footage that just looks amazing.  We find and select these awesome clips and use them in your film. We spend many hours going over the hundreds of clips and dialogue after the wedding and find what the story is that we now have and how to relate it with the best clips and recorded dialogue from your wedding and then begin the cinematic edit of your wedding video footage to make a film. While we collect literally hundreds of short clips of your wedding day we also shoot documentary footage of your entire ceremony vows and reception speeches. This makes for a comprehensive wedding video package which includes not only our signature wedding film but also documentaries of your wedding ceremony and reception speeches with all the emotional dialogue preserved for the future.
